What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase. In order to make a return you will need to open a ticket on the dedicated support portal by clicking on the "SUPPORT" tab on our website. In this way you will be able to get a RETURN NUMBER, which is essential to proceed with the practice.

What is your warranty policy?

The  warranty on SABFOIL products is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase as defined by the Directive (EU) 2019/771. SABFOIL warrants that its product are free from major defects in materials and / or workmanship.  If the customer is a company, it is required to immediately inspect the goods supplied for non-conformances in terms of quality and defects and to communicate this within 14 days of receipt of the goods by writing to the SABFOIL headquarter. Otherwise, the claim of warranty rights will not be granted unless there are proven reasons.
