What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please open a ticket on our dedicated support portal by clicking the “SUPPORT” tab on our website. You will receive a Return Number (RMA), which is required to process your return.

What is your warranty policy?

SABFOIL products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771. We guarantee that our products are free from major defects in materials and workmanship.

For B2B customers, the goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt for any quality issues or defects, and any non-conformities must be reported within 14 days in writing to SABFOIL headquarters. Claims outside this period will not be accepted, unless there are proven exceptional reasons.
