WARRANTY POLICY
SABFOIL certifies that the warranty of its products is valid for 24 months, as defined by the Directive (EU) 2019/771. SABFOIL warrants that its product are free from major defects in materials and / or workmanship. If the customer is a company, it is required to immediately inspect the goods supplied for non-conformances in terms of quality and defects and to communicate this within 14 days of receipt of the goods by writing to the SABFOIL headquarter. Otherwise, the claim of warranty rights will not be granted unless there are proven reasons.
By assembling and / or using any component of SABFOIL products, the customer declares to have read and understood the terms and limitations of this warranty, accepting the following:
The warranty of SABFOIL products is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid only when the product is used for normal sporting and recreational activities, and does not cover products used in rental or teaching operations.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. These types of damage include (but are not limited to): punctures, damage from coupling with non-original SABFOIL components, damage due to the coupling not following the correct tightening torque of the screws, damage due to excessive exposure to the sun, damage caused by improper handling and storage, damage caused by use in excessively large waves or from hitting rocks or seabed, damage caused by hitting the foil at high speed, damage caused by excessive jumps or stunts or damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and / or in processing.
SABFOIL products are tested by specialized personnel and professional riders, and are to be considered safe for use and compliant with extreme activities if used in the correct way. Jumps and freestyle are dangerous activities completely in line with what SABFOIL products can sustain if the rider has the skills to complete the maneuvers in a clean way. Therefore, if there is wear or breakage of a product not attributable to a purely production defect, the warranty will not be recognized.
SABFOIL will make the final determination of the warranty. It may require the customer to send to the SABFOIL head office or to an official distributor of SABFOIL in their country (prepaid postage) of multimedia material of the equipment that clearly shows the type of defect and / or malfunction. A direct inspection of the product considered defective by SABFOIL or an official SABFOIL distributor / shop may also be required.
If a product is found to be defective by SABFOIL, the warranty only covers the repair or replacement of the defective product. SABFOIL will not be liable for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of using the defective product.
The product can only be returned with prior authorization for return from the SABFOIL headquarter. In this case, the customer will receive a RETURN NUMBER that he must attach outside the box, in a visible way.
The warranty for any repaired or replaced component is valid only from the original purchase date. The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims and the retailer’s name and the date of purchase must be clear and legible.
This warranty has no value if unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made to any component of the equipment.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the warranty specified here.

RETURN POLICY
You can return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase. You can return a product only if you have bought directly from our website https://www.sabfoil.com/en. Otherwise we ask you to contact your reseller.
It is possible to return an item within the next 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns without a RETURN NUMBER will not be accepted, so please do not ship items to our office without authorization.
The items must be UNUSED, they must be returned in their original packaging and ready to be resold. Otherwise the return will not be processed.
The shipping costs for the return of one or more items are charged to the customer.
The refund will be made only after we have approved the return request, received the items and verified they are in good condition.
Before sending us your item, we ask you to carefully evaluate whether it has the characteristics necessary for a return. If in doubt, feel free to send us photos and / or videos to make a preliminary assessment with us.
