What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order using PayPal, credit or debit cards (via Stripe), Klarna, Google Pay, or bank transfer.

If you are in Italy, cash on delivery is also available.

When will you ship my order?

For instant online payments (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Klarna, Google Pay, etc.), if all items are available and the order is placed before 12:00 p.m. (CET), shipment can take place on the same day; otherwise, it will be made on the next business day.

For payments by bank transfer, shipping will take place as soon as we receive confirmation of the credit from the bank.

When will I receive my order and which courier do you use?

Delivery times depend on where the order is shipped:

Italy

  • Standard: 24–48h (48–72h for the islands)

  • Express: 24h (48h for the islands)

Central & Eastern Europe (CEE)

  • Standard: 6–7 days*

  • Express: 2–4 days*

Non-CEE destinations

  • Standard: 10 days*

  • Express: 5–6 days*

We ship with reliable couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the type of shipping (Standard or Express).

  • CEE countries: Free shipping for orders over €300.

  • Non-CEE countries: Free shipping for orders over €1,000.

SABFOIL CLUB members enjoy special benefits: free shipping on all European orders over €19; for non-CEE orders, special rates apply and the free shipping threshold is reduced from €1,000 to €500.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, click on the “SUPPORT” tab in the main menu of our website and access the dedicated support portal. Once inside, open a ticket and select “Order status” as the assistance type.

Warranty & Returns
What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please open a ticket on our dedicated support portal by clicking the “SUPPORT” tab on our website. You will receive a Return Number (RMA), which is required to process your return.

What is your warranty policy?

SABFOIL products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771. We guarantee that our products are free from major defects in materials and workmanship.

For B2B customers, the goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt for any quality issues or defects, and any non-conformities must be reported within 14 days in writing to SABFOIL headquarters. Claims outside this period will not be accepted, unless there are proven exceptional reasons.

Tech Tips
Can I use M6 wings with an M8 fuselage? Can the holes be enlarged?

Yes, it is possible to adapt M6 wings for use with an M8 fuselage by enlarging the holes, but the operation must be carried out very carefully.

Required tools:

  • 1 × drill

  • 1 × 8.5 mm drill bit (to enlarge the holes)

  • 1 × conical countersink for M8 screw heads. Recommended size: 16 mm diameter, 8 mm height, 90° angle

Important:

  • The drill must be perfectly aligned with the original hole axis to avoid damage or misalignment.

  • SABFOIL does not offer this service on wings that have already been sold. For technical assistance, please contact your authorized reseller or carefully follow the instructions above.

This operation is NOT recommended on the following wings:

  • W679

  • W720-BP

How can I check if two or more products are compatible with each other?

Are Kraken Modular System products compatible with the previous 2021 range?

Masts and fuselages from the 2021 range are NOT compatible with the masts and fuselages of the Kraken Modular System.

However, front wings and stabilizers remain fully compatible (with the respective T6 and T8 connections) with both the Kraken Modular System and the 2021 fuselages.

All masts and fuselages within the Kraken Modular System range are fully compatible with each other.

What are the main differences between the Kraken Modular System masts and the 2021 range masts?

The Kraken Modular System (KMS) masts have been completely redesigned compared to the 2021 range. They feature a faster and more fluid profile, while also offering improved resistance to bending and torsion.

In addition, KMS masts are multidisciplinary and fully modular. They are compatible with all KMS fuselages and with KMS Plates and Tuttles (CP02K/Ti, P02K, T04K, T03K).
By contrast, masts from the 2021 range were specific to certain fuselage models and featured integrated plates or Tuttles, making them significantly less versatile and less flexible.

Are Blackbird products compatible with the Kraken Modular System range?

Blackbird front wings feature an integrated fuselage and, as they are, can be paired only with Blackbird stabilizers (and vice versa).

To increase compatibility and modularity, we have designed and added to our product range four dedicated fuselages — three in aluminum and one full carbon, available in different lengths — allowing riders to use standard KMS stabilizers (non-Blackbird) in combination with Blackbird front wings.

As for the connection between Blackbird wings and masts, all R8 masts in our range, both Blackbird and Kraken Modular System, are fully compatible with all Blackbird wings.
