Hi, I’m Joshua from South Africa, and I’ve been involved in wind sports my entire life. Nowadays, I’m addicted to wingfoiling and love all aspects of it - waves, freestyle, jumping, and speed. Fortunately, Cape Town offers a wide range of conditions to make this possible. I am currently on a mission to chase foil speed records and am often searching for the perfect conditions along the West Coast, up to Namibia.

Le Morne, Mauritius: Waves, waves, waves!
Long-running waves, steady wind, and warm water make this spot a paradise for foiling.
Diaz Point, Namibia:
This unique and remote location offers straight offshore winds in a protected bay. It's the best place in the world if you're aiming to go fast.
Big Bay, South Africa:
My home spot offers a variety of conditions and strong, consistent winds during the summer months.
Other passions besides hydrofoiling?
Good food and coffee - but really anything in ocean, so when appropriate I love to surf and kitesurf.
