I am a 16 years old Wingfoiler from Austria, competing in the GWA Wingfoil Wourld Tour. I am still attending high school but I try to be on the water as much as possible. Because the conditions here in Austria are not as good as on the ocean, I love to go to Tarifa or Lake Garda for training on hollidays or longer weekends. My goal is to improve my skills and become champion one day. But the most important thing for me is, to enjoy every single session, have fun and share the stoke with my friends on the water.

What do you love about hydrofoil compared to other watersports?
I never thought foiling would be so much fun, but once I tried it, I got addicted. It's easy to learn, and you can Wingfoil in spots where wind or kite surfing might not be possible due to conditions. It's amazing how quickly you can learn and progress with all hydrofoil sports.
What's your favorite trick or riding style?
My passion is Wingfoil Freestyle, and among other tricks, my favorite is the Backflip.
Which are your 3 favorite spots for foiling?
- Tarifa: I've been going there for holidays with my family since I was a kid, so riding there feels very comfortable and like a second home to me.
- Lake Garda: It's an amazing spot for long weekends due to its reliable wind conditions, and it's close enough to reach by SurfVan.
- Boa Vista: This spot offers both waves and flat water, plus the weather is always beautiful, and you rarely need a thick wetsuit ;)
Other passions besides hydrofoiling?
When I'm not Wingfoiling, which is my absolute passion, I enjoy kiting, skateboarding, and mountain biking. In winter, I love skiing and especially snowboarding.
