How to Upgrade Your Ride

Step 1: Request

Log in to your SABFOIL Club account and fill out the form with your product details and clear photos of the gear you wish to trade in.

Step 2: Get Your Valuation

Our team will review your submission and send you an official Upgrade Valuation. You are free to accept or decline the offer.

Step 3: Accept & Ship

If you accept, pack your gear safely and ship it to SABFOIL HQ using a tracked service.*

Step 4: Unlock Your Voucher

As soon as your gear is received and verified, you will immediately get your Voucher valid for any product on our site.**

✅ What is Eligible for Trade-In?

Your gear's value depends on its model, generation, overall condition, and resale potential. To ensure a fast and realistic evaluation, please provide high-quality photos showing every important angle.

Eligible for Upgrade:

• Most SABFOIL products (Masts, Front Wings, Stabilizers, Complete Foil Sets).

Not Eligible (Will not be accepted):

• ❌ Boards

• ❌ Sails / Wings (Wingfoil)

• ❌ Spare Fuselages

• ❌ Spare Accessories & Hardware

• ❌ Products that are too obsolete, heavily damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for resale.

📌 Transparency Matters: Before You Start

We want this process to be smooth and clear. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

1. Club Account Required

You must be logged into your SABFOIL Club account to access and submit the trade-in form.

2. You are in Control

The valuation we send is non-binding. You have full freedom to accept it or refuse it.

3. Instant Voucher & Minimum Order

The voucher is issued immediately upon receipt and inspection of your gear. The Voucher can be combined with other active offers, such as the 5% Club discount, but cannot be combined with other vouchers or Loyalty Points. To use the voucher, the new order total must be at least twice the value of the voucher, for a maximum order discount of 50% (this value is calculated solely on the value of the products in the cart). → Example: a €500 voucher requires a minimum purchase of €1,000, excluding taxes, shipping costs, and with other discounts already applied.

4. Transfer of Ownership

Once you accept our valuation and your Upgrade Voucher is created and sent, the traded-in gear becomes the exclusive property of SABFOIL. SABFOIL is no longer responsible for storing the gear or returning it to you under any circumstances.

5. Shipping & Customs

In case you are in time and change your mind, all shipping fees (including return shipping if you refuse the final physical evaluation) and eventual non-EU customs duties must be fully covered by you.

* Shipping costs to and from our HQ are managed and covered by the customer.

** Minimum order value applies (the total order must be at least twice the value of the voucher → max 50% discount).
