I am a kiter addicted to hydrofoiling, living life guided by the wind. Chasing adrenaline in extreme conditions or enjoying a relaxing moment in lightwind, the thrill of hydrofoiling keeps me coming back for more. The water is my playground, and the foil is my loyal companion. I chase the wind wherever it takes me, always seeking that perfect ride. #loyaltothefoil

Kitefoil, Pumpfoil, Wingfoil
What do you love about hydrofoil compared to other watersports?
What I love the most about hydrofoiling is the feeling of gliding without resistance and the efficiency of the hydrofoil. With the hydrofoil, I don't need much power to start having fun, unlike with other kinds of boards. It allows me to ride at angles I never thought possible and achieve incredible speeds even in minimal wind. A few years ago, I would have never imagined this could be possible.
What's your favorite trick or riding style?
I love big air, and when it comes to strong winds, I enjoy throwing the so-called "megaloop"—especially with some added rotations. In light wind conditions, board-offs are always stylish and fun
Which are your 3 favorite spots for foiling? Why?
- Bacares, Leucate, France: The uplifts are just crazy and the water is perfect. Offshore wind, flat water, and usually no seagrass make it an ideal spot.
- Porto Pollo, Sardinia, Italy: Similar conditions with offshore wind and flat water, plus really nice gusts to boost. It's a great spot for both beginners and experienced kiters.
- Praia de Faro, Faro, Portugal: This spot is special to me because I lived there for a year. It offers everything: flat water, nice waves, a lagoon, but best of all are the people!
Other passions besides hydrofoiling?
I love fight sports, especially Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It's a sport where technique trumps brute force. You sweat, expend your energy, learn, and develop the discipline to master the flow.
