HOW DOES THE PROMOTION WORK?

You decide how many and which of your non-Kraken masts you return to us, and we help you upgrade to the new system with a super promotion on Kraken material, based on how much used gear you return to us!

For each mast you return, you will be able to purchase at a 40% discount:

• 1 x Kraken mast
• 1 x Kraken mast-to-board connection system (rail plate or tuttle)
• 1 x Quick Release System
• 1 x Kraken fuselage

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE KRAKEN MODULAR SYSTEM?

Upgrading to the Kraken standard brings improvements under every aspect, and we at Sabfoil firmly believe that all our users should experience this, and we want to give them the opportunity to do so conveniently. To summarise all the benefits:

1. Both the performance and strength of Kraken Modular System hydrofoils are superior
2. Kraken masts are interdisciplinary and modular: you choose whether to use a rail or tuttle plate board connection system
3. Kraken masts are compatible with all Kraken fuselages and viceversa, regardless of discipline
4. Kraken fuselages are backwards compatible with all Sabfoil front wings and stabilisers, both old and new generation (check T6 or T8 connection type before you buy)
5. Possibility to use Sabfoil's patented Quick Release System [Q01K], which will allow you to assemble and disassemble your hydrofoil in seconds and never lose your board configuration!
6. KRAKEN is the new official Sabfoil standard, so all future releases will be linked to it.

HOW DO I JOIN THE PROMOTION?

To join, all you need to do is to register an account on our website sabfoil.com (if you don’t own one yet), being in possession of at least one old generation mast, and follow the promotion wizard.

Old generation masts include all those that are not part of the Kraken Modular System range, and all masts produced by Sabfoil (or Moses) in past years, regardless of brand, are eligible for promotion. In the wizard you will find most of the old generation Sabfoil/Moses models to choose from; if your mast is not among them because of a different brand or a particularly old model, you can still select the most similar model, as long as it was produced by Sabfoil/Moses, and proceed with the promotion.

It is not necessary to have previously purchased on our website, the important thing is to register before sending your request! If you prefer, you can also ask your local shop if they are participating in the Sabfoil promotion; if not, we are waiting for you here!

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO AFTER COMPLETING THE PROCEDURE?

Once you have completed the procedure, you will be sent an e-mail with a summary of your request and the instructions to follow.

Please note that once you have completed the procedure, an order will not be generated directly, but you will be placed on a Waiting List, so please do not send us your old material until we have informed you that it is your turn.

At this stage you will not be asked to make any payment, which will be postponed until the material has been shipped.

HOW DOES SHIPPING AND PAYMENT WORK?

When your turn has come and Sabfoil takes care of your request, you will be notified to send us your material, which will be checked for compliance with the request received, and finally an order with Kraken material will be automatically generated in your account, which will then be processed and shipped.

You will only be asked to pay for the order when Sabfoil is ready to ship.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Kraken material to Sabfoil's location, while Sabfoil will cover the cost of shipping the Kraken material to your address.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES AFTER I HAVE SENT THE REQUEST?

Once you have sent your request you will receive a summary e-mail with all order information and a personal code.

If you want to change an existing order, please reply directly to that e-mail so that we can keep track of all changes.

You will only have to send a new request via the wizard if you actually want to generate a new and additional order to the first one.
